Laura Hotchkiss

Laura Hotchkiss joined Oliver Hughes LLC in the fall of 2023 as Office Assistant, then moved into a new position of Intake Specialist as the firm continued to expand; she worked with the firm’s Managing Partner to create an effective intake system for onboarding new clients and tracking potential leads. Laura began her career in office administration at a general contracting firm in Cleveland, Ohio to support her husband through law school; she held many roles there over the course of 13 years including reception, customer service, document/correspondence preparation, file organization and maintenance, and accounts receivable. 

When her husband took a position as general counsel in a western New York company, the Hotchkisses moved to Jamestown, NY where Ms. Hotchkiss put her music degree to good use in various part-time teaching and accompanying jobs while their two children were young. The family moved again for a job opportunity in 2019, this time to the Atlanta area; Ms. Hotchkiss worked for a few years as an inventory specialist and warehouse manager at a home décor boutique before coming to Oliver Hughes LLC.

Outside of work, Ms. Hotchkiss focuses on family life, church responsibilities, and musical pursuits. She also loves listening to audio books, writing, organizing, and entertaining.
