Ciara Lowe
Ciara Lowe is a senior associate attorney for Oliver Hughes LLC. She received her JD from Emory University School of Law, where she interned with the Emory Law Volunteer Clinic for Veterans and served as an Equal Justice Works Student Representative. While in law school, Ms. Lowe received the ILARC Top 10 Percent Oral Argument Award and assisted the Lead Prosecutor in a case before the International Criminal Court.
Before joining Oliver Hughes LLC, Ms. Lowe worked for firms in the Atlanta metro area, where she specialized in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of disputes involving premises liability and real estate litigation. Ms. Lowe also has experience representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.
Ms. Lowe currently focuses on commercial and business litigation, with a strong passion for handling litigation matters involving construction law. She grew up immersed in construction and grassroots organizations, courtesy of her parents. This drives her to advocate for her clients when no one else will and find creative solutions wherever possible.
